- "The fact that they gave us our money back and we went to stay some
where else." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel was under construction and a complete mess. Usually this hotel is one of my favorites to stay at, but this time when I booked our room I was not told it was under construction. I feel I was miss lead. The lobby was a complete mess, it was noisy from the construction and to top it off the pool was closed. I completely understand that do to times of renovations somethings just can't be helped but at least a warning of what's going on and maybe even a discount on the room. But neither were offered!! Or just close the hotel for a week and get done what needs to get done."
