- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I did not like that there was no way to see the back of my hair when I was getting ready. There should be one of those swivel mirrors on the side wall in the bathroom that extends so you can position to see what your doing on the back of your hair."

- "I use Holiday Inn Express for my business trips. This trip was personal (a funeral). I think choosing your hotel when I am spending my own money is a true compliment. The Bowling Green Holiday Inn Express was very clean, nicely decorated. I felt comfortable and appreciated as a customer."
