- "The breakfast is a joke and if such little effort is going to be put into the service and the quality of the food provided I suggest it would be best to make it complimentary as it is a complete waste of money to pay for it, it was so bad. We decided to go to Frankie&Benny's for breakfast and it was absolultely beautiful for £5 even though we had already paid for a breakfast at your hotel. We were in room 429 I suggest a change of matress as my husband and I continually throughout the night ended up meeting in the middle of the matress it requires replacing. When checking out we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay if we had any issues whilst there, or I would have made these points then when asked but decided as the staff werent interested in finding out I would put it in the feedback and also put onto public websites for the general public to read. I have stayed quite a few times at Holiday Inn Hotels and this has been by far the worst."
