- "Dated, breakfast was very basic, not good value when compared against similar priced hotels in the area, the non smoking room had obviously had a recent smoker staying there as all linen and the room generally did smell of recent cigarette smoke."

- "Hotel room is clean & nice. It is convenient to Little Saigon for me. The view is nice."

- "There aren't enough hangers in the bathroom. There is only one hanger which is not enough to hang clothes and my towels."

- "The staff at reception was not helpful. We got the room at 7pm & found that the toilet flush did not work. We called the reception for help but no one came. We were so hungry so we went put for dinner at 9pm & asked the reception to handle the problem before we left the hotel. When we returned the hotel at 10:30, the problem had not been handled & we needed to go down to the reception & ask for room exchange. We finally settled down after 11pm. This made us very disappointed!"
