- "Location and price were good. Breakfast at the restaurant was
reasonable." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Took an hour to check in - they couldn't find my reservation in their system. Was told I would get a nicer room in tower and didn'T. Room was stuffy and carpets were in bad shape with duct tape holding them together in places. This made the room feel unclean. The room was also very noisy and we heard people from 12 - 2 in the morning outside our door. There were car alarms going off all night long. Not very relaxing or restful."

- "We were told it would take 10-15 minutes to have our room ready, but it took 2 hours. The room smelled like it was burning, which we attributed to the malfunctioning a/c unit. The sheets were stained. The hot tub was taped off with caution tape. The hotel was located in the midst of tourist advertisements, which decreased relaxation and also meant heavier traffic. There were various fluids in the room. The remote control had a white crusty film on it. The lamp had a blue paste on it. The walls were splattered with purple paint in random places. Very unclean."
