- "Although the casino had complementary coffee, the hotel did not. For people like me who get up early (5AM), it would be nice if the hotel would have complementary coffee near the front desk for early risers and when checking out early from the hotel."

- "There were so many spider on my balcony I couldn't even open the balcony door to enjoy the view or the fresh air. Also found a pubic hair on my bath towel."
