- "We only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable. The room
was very clean and our view was awesome. We haven't slept so good
in a while." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Honestly, we didn't stay long enough to find any fault. Hopefully, our next stay will be longer so we can have a better view of opinion."

- "I don't like the way they use cardboard cups.No wine glass and the coffee maker horrible, you need a jug so it boils properly. We have stayed at Hilton Fort Lauderdale, they didn't offer me the Hilton HHonors askes if I had it, but didn't offer it to me.Never offered us any tours we had to ask them they were not interested no help at all. I wasn't going to stay at another Hilton after them.Only I had already booked our trip months earlier. Boston Double Tree Club, what a pleasure, the staff so helpful and friendly, I gave them 10 out 10, I would recommend them to everyone,offered us tours told us where everything was, it was a pleasure, Hilton Scraton, very much like Fort Lauderdale,never offered tours or asked if we needed anything.They didn't have our room ready,so instead of giving us a key and asking us to come back after 2pm.they took all our details and said come back and get your key later.Later they didn't want to know me because they had people staying for weddings, they were more important they us, so I just waited till they finished gushing over all suit people.We were with the Hilton Pennsylvania 400 Premiere Sports Travel.We asked about it they new nothing,and didn't want to know anything.All they had to say was the rep will be in etc etc, that's all she had to know, and say. Staff at receiption should know whats going on in the Hotel."
