What did you like the most?: "shuttle service convenience to shopping and restaurants
staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Fitness Center treadmills did not work and their were no weights or exercise mats. Staff did very kindly provide personal work out material to use in the room but they were not adequate. Bathroom lighting could have been brighter."

What did you like the most?: "It was close to the airport. The shower was very nice-large and good
water pressure. Comfortable bed."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The shuttle service from the airport, which was one of the reasons I chose it, stopped running at 10 or 11 pm, so when my flight got in late, I couldn't use the shuttle. I came down in the morning to what looked like a complimentary breakfast bar. But when I asked if there were eggs, a very helpful staff person said they can make them. She also poured orange juice for me. I was impressed at the great service, but then got a bill. It would have been nice to know beforehand what was complimentary and what wasn'T."

What did you like the most?: "I liked everything about the hotel. The staff were wonderful they made me feel comfortable and the catered to me and made me feel like a princess. The best place ive stayed in a while."
