- "Great location and comfortable hotel."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were not given prior warning of renovation works. No evening restaurant (other than bar snacks) so had to venture out in the cold to eat! Not acceptable. No discount offered."

- "I wanted to be near the airport for a early morning departure."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I had a handicap room which was cold and not very comfortable for me. There was no room service menu. Just not as nice as other Garden hotels I have stayed in."

- "Close to the airport with free shuttle service."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The shuttle is shared with another close by hotel. I needed to wait nearly 30 minutes to catch the shuttle because I was not informed it did not say "Hilton Garden Inn" on it. The front desk should have explained this when I phoned for a pick-up."
