- "There was a mix up with our reservation so I was on the phone with two different people from Booking.com to figure out the reservation and why it was not sent to the Hilton, this was a little frustrating, but the hotel handled it really well."

- "Hilton Garden Inn does not treat us differently because we do not book
direct with Hilton. We have stayed twice & have felt each time as if we
were chereished guests. Everything about the hotel is lovely and
enjoyable. The staff is impressive! We will stay there again." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It is not that we do not like it, but walking through the breakfast area to take our luggage to our vehicle in the parking garage can be awkward."
