Is there anything you didn't like?: "Didn't think the breakfast was up to the usual standard. Cold bacon and no poached eggs.Also not a good selection of bread for toast and it was frozen."

What did you like the most?: "tidy & clean room , good car parking."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "i was upset having to pay a £5 service charge to bring a meal to room 158 when my wife was unable to sit down stairs. though not feeling very well. i would be happy if you return this payment back onto my c/card."

What did you like the most?: "Very friendly and professional staff.
Good level of cleanliness in our room ( but not so after functions at the weekend in the general areas of the hotel ).
Standard of buffet breakfast and service good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Lack of security when ordering by room number. My husband was luckily, stood at the bar waiting to be served when the customer currently being served offered our room number as his own! Only when challenged by my husband did the customer check and realise his room was the next one up from ours. No checks appeared to be made by staff to verify the room number and nothing was signed for, leaving the hotel open to questioning of the total amount due. Lighting in room terrible with no bright light above mirror and quality of toilet paper non-existemce. I have never experienced so cheap and thin toilet paper. It does not fit with a hotel of 4 star rating!"
