What did you like the most?: "Our room, overlooking the Plaza, and very convenient to the breakfast area. The staff was pleasant and accommodating when we objected to the first room we were offered. The Inn was also within walking distance of the two restaurants we had chosen, as well as to antiques shops, bookstores, and unique clothing stores. It was a pleasure to be part of the lively scene at the Plaza, while able to go back and rest or change quickly, when needed."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Given the price of the room per night ($330, with tax), the $10 surcharge for parking was irritating. We would have certainly traded the "wine and nibbles at 5 pm," which we never sampled but seemed uninspired, for free parking. Also ---again, given the price--- the absence of reception staff from 8 pm to 8 am is a bit disconcerting."

What did you like the most?: "Darling facility and fantastic location! Spent the morning walking
around the plaza ... it was perfect."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I arrived, post-dinner, at 11pm to check in. There was no one at the front desk and no one answering the two phone numbers left in the window. I had been sent a voicemail stating that it would be closed, but I didn't have service in wine country. I think it would have been preferred to know, up front upon booking, if the lobby closes early and there wouldn't be anyone to check us in. Finally, we heard from the night phone attendant, but shortly after we left to find another hotel. It worked out, but not after panic and inconvenience."
