- "Some rooms are a little on the small side and it would be nice to have some fresh fruit for breakfast but these are minor quibbles."

- "The location is nearby the cosy Patio Bellavista with it's many
restaurants, shops and bars. Nearby metro Salvador as well. The
receptionists are all very friendly and very helpful. It's a small
boutique hotel, with a nice breakfast with fried or scrambled eggs. They
speak very well English and also German. Absolutely recommended !!"

- "Family-run feel and the staff could not have been more welcoming. We arrived very early (7am) and were given coffee and a comfortable place to wait while our room was prepared. Every effort was made for us to check in as soon as possible and we were able to do so by 9am and start our day exploring Santiago. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent - in a quiet spot but very close (walking distance) to sightseeing, bars and restaurants etc. Lovely terrage to breakfast outside when fine enough."

- "There is no lift but the hotel is not very big and this adds to its charm. Unless you have a huge amount of very heavy luggage, this shouldn't be an issue."
