What did you like the most?: "The stuff are very freindly really I appreciate how freindly they are
from the Frontdesk to the hk and BellDesk all people were smily freindly
also the price was fair enought to make me stay longer the rooms are
clean , modern furniture which I like :) Bathroom amenities I have
everyday, corridors are clean, however I didnt go to the Breakfast but
the breakfast erea looks good and clean
Hotel is not that far from down town room was so quite , many TV channels beds were so comfortable as well
speciall thanks for the FrontDesk Team specially Nancy if its the right name :) many thnx For HB Hotel stuff you guys are wonderfull be sure that i will come back :)"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I suppose to arrive 19/09/12 late arrival and was confirmed . I booked from Booking.com web site and my booking was guranteed and I had confirmation waith all my booking, however when I arrived the hotel at 01:00 am early 20/09/12 they lady at the frontDesk told me that my booking is cxl !! however I have have confirmation plus the Hotel was fully booked which i had to stay 1 night in another hotel which was not good start for me in Mexico but second day i checked in at HB hotel and matter was done but what i cant get it why the hotel or Booking.com CXL my reservation without any notification to me !! but otherwise my stay was perfict ."

What did you like the most?: "Excelente hotel, muy limpio, confortable, los cuartos son espaciosos y
la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente y su personal amable,
atento y ágil. Las instalaciones y amenidades cuidadas y nuevas."
