- "The room was a poor quality. The receptionist were complaining about the guest and not providing them with towels when they asked for them. They were very unprofessional. The matresss was very bent out of shape with a major slope in it. The remote only had one battery in it and the sofa couch looked like it was broken. We did not have any face towels when we arrived to the room, and housekeeping was gone by 8:30pm so i had to go get them myself. The room also smelled like smoke when we first arrived."

- "It was not cean. It looked liked the cleaning person made the beds and that's it. It smelled, the floors were covered in dirt and trash, the cabinets were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. The living room furniture was badly stained and broken. My teenage son could not sleep on the pull out couch cause it was broken. It was very uncomfortable. None of us took our shoes off till we got into bed. The most uncomfortable and dirty place I've ever stayed. Very lazy cleaning staff."
