What did you like the most?: "Friendly staff and very accommodating, easy access to attractions, clean rooms, nice breakfast for those wishing to not leave the building"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "wasn't anything that comes to mind that I didn't like"

What did you like the most?: "Location - it was on the beach. The staff were all very friendly
and helpful"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There were a few small "globs" of something brown on our headboard upon arrival and childrens handprints on the mirror - I dont know what is required to be cleaned by housekeeping, but I would surely think the headboard of a bed and things visible. We just cleaned it ourselves, but was turned off by the "brown substance" on the headboard - trying not to imagine all the possibilities it could have been. Also wish seasonal things, like swim up bar in pool, were indicated as so in advertising. We went in november, temps still 80 and swam everyday - showed up expecting a swim up bar in the pool. Continental breakfast always nice - not many hotels do not offer that"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "we requested a non-smoking room, but, the room reeked of cigaret smoke to the point it made us sick. we were given a can of lysol by the staff."
