What did you like the most?: "Lovely, spacious comfortable room. We were attending a function in the
locality so did not spend much time in the hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Lovely to see a beautiful bride and her guests,but with a wedding comes with lively noise - not an issue if you are part of it but if you are staying in the hotel for other reasons it can be quite noisy especially on summer evenings with windows open. Not a complaint, more of an observation really. Cold breakfast a little uninspiring in light of the cost of the room. Tables sticky and not many staff at breakfast. Again an observation and important to cater for guests other than golf or wedding guests as our two rooms were not part of any deal and although our choice to attend a function out of the hotel, do need to feel that it is value for money. Thank you."

What did you like the most?: "The setting of the hotel on the beautiful golf course. Clost to where we
were attending a wedding, and close to many places of interest in
Shropshire. Staff were excellent. Room spacious"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel is in desperate need of renovation both inside and out. If this were to be done then it would be a great place to stay"

What did you like the most?: "Its close proximity to Wem where I was attending a lunchtime party. The
male receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Not so the middle aged
woman who was on duty later."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The noise from the wedding party until 12.30am. I had made a long journey. The staff did try to find an alternative room, but that was almost as noisy. They did knock £12 off my bill when I requested a discount. There was no lift, but the staff did carry my suitcase up the stairs, I did say that I would not do an adverse report on trip advisor after I was given the discount of £12 (reducing the bill to a still very high £50), but I would like you to feed back my dissatisfaction to the management. There is no notice on your web site (that I could see) of noisy parties going on tiill the small hours of the morning, nor of there being no lifts. I am a pensioner and although fairly healthy, would have found it difficult to lift my suircase up all those stairs. The annex I was moved to, was outside needing to go into the rain to get to it, and it had very rickety outside staircase to the room."
