What did you like the most?: "everything, especially kind and sweet staffs!"

What did you like the most?: "We arrived and a nice woman checked us in, advising they were out of
king rooms, so we were being upgraded to a junior suite, which meant
more space, so we were happy with that."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Firstly, the room was boiling hot. It was only about 30 degrees f outside, with snow on the ground, and yet the heating must have been broken, as we tried turning it down and then off, nothing worked. Slept on top of the bed with windows open and still uncomfortably hot. Next morning at breakfast in the reception area, there was a woman behind the desk who took a personal call, and was very loudly complaining about her job, her pay, her hours and obviously discussing other staff members. It was highly inappropriate, and extremely unprofessional, especially when she repeatedly said how "anal" it was, loudly, when there was a child within earshot."
