- "Parking!!!! There was an event at the hotel on Saturday, March 16th. There wasn't any place to park when we returned at 10:00 pm. Cars were parked illegally. The exits out to the back street were blocked with parked cars. Total chaos."

- "Thought breakfast was too pricey. Food was good but $50 for coffee, tea, Eggs Benedict and an omelet would probably have us go somewhere else next time."

- "I was happy with the size of the rooms and the warm feeling they gave
off. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the pillows were a top
grade. I was happy that there was great water pressure and always hot
water. The front desk and house keepers were very helpful and polite. It
is a beautiful hotel decor and scenery." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I feel for a winter weekend it was way over priced. The toilet was broken inside so every time you went to the bathroom you had to take lid off and fix it to stop running. The dust behind the tv was enough for a couple weeks. Food for dinner was excellent but service not so much. She got one dinner completely wrong and never offered anything other than a sorry. We ordered drinks she came out with the wrong ones. We asked about dinner specials and were told we had to wait 20 minutes to find out. She wouldn't know until then. No offer to even ask the cook if he has any idea. I think the thing that bothered us the most was she just didn't seem to feel bad when she screwed up. Brunch was a nightmare. Understaffed and when food came out some of it was cold. They had one person making eggs for a full dining room. I asked server for something and she said it was up at food station after I had already told her it wasn'T. So had to wait even longer for her to come back and get it for me. Food was cold by the time I started to eat. Brunch was over priced I feel for how it was put together. There was nothing kid friendly other than an outdoor pool that can only be used in the summer. I didn't leave completely disappointed. I just feel for the amount of money that was charged for staying there they were missing a lot of the little details that make the difference between 3 stars and 5 stars. Don't charge for 5 and give 3!"

- "I liked the ambience of the hotel. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere with a fabulous view of the harbor. The staff was very welcoming and acomodating."

- "The bathroom was not as clean as I would like it to be. There were empty bottles of shampoo in the tub. Also the bedside table were dirty from previous cups that were placed on them."
