- "We were traveling from northern Michigan back to Connecticut and Youngstown was about midway to just sleep for the night. We were very pleasantly pleased by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. To wit, we were checking out and while the hot breakfast looked good, we were not hungry at 6 AM. The clerk at the desk offered us a bagged breakfast of a muffin, cerreal bar, fruit and water which was more than adequate for our drive. It was a very nice touch!. Also the bed was awesome; most hotel beds take one or two nights to get used to and they smell like chlorine bleach but your bed was terrific!"

- "The staff was the friendliest we have ever had the pleasure to
encounter. Someone called us to make sure our room was satisfactory. It
was especially nice to know that the duvet cover on our bed was clean.
In the morning the two ladies who staffed the breakfast were especially
helpful with gluten free items on the menu that are safe for me to eat.
This hotel ranks at the top of our list of Hampton hotels. We love
Hampton Hotels! This one was exceptional!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
