- "The staff at the front desk were superlative. We had a flat tire and
they were brilliant in helping us resolve this." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I hate eating off of styrofoam plates and bowls for breakfast with plastic cutlery. For a hotel that prides itself on being green, why can't I have the option of opening windows (none open) or having breakfast off of a real plate? What a huge amount of waste!"
