- "The housekeeper tried to enter my room w/o knocking. On finding the room occupied she did not apologize but started to question me . very disturbed as I could have been asleep or in the shower. When I complained to front desk, Chris, comped my room. I appreciate this and it helped soothe me after the intrusion."
