- "We asked for first floor due to our disabilities and the first service desk person wasn't in complience but manager at desk made it availible. We booked well in advance to avid this and got there early so as this would not happen but it still did. When you ask for special needs we should have to go through this, it shouild be availible on arrival."

- "Need to add a few weights in the workout room. 2 dumbells ea of 5-35 lbs would be good enough to get a light workout in."
