- "We loved the hotel. Traveling with our 10 year old grandson, we were
happy to have the great heated pool for swimming and terrace outside, as
well as the fitness facility and the fantastic breakfasts. The baskets
of apples were a nice touch and the mattresses were divine. We didn't
use the laundry, but that was a wonderful idea.The poor put-upon staff
were most patient and helpful in directing us to the place." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Why, if you spent millions building this great hotel, couldn't you invest in clear signage and on line instructions on how to reach the place??? Following the on line instructions, we drove through darkened city streets late at night looking for the hotel and only found it by calling the hotel and having the staff stay on the phone and guide us through darkened woods to get there. In the morning, we discovered a good highway just one turn away, but no help to your electronic instructions available at the desk. Sorry, but it is inexcusable."
