What did you like the most?: "The hotel was decent. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, hotel was clean. The availability of fast and free internet access in the room was crucial to my choosing this hotel and I am very happy with it."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The location of the hotel is not good at all. It is adjacent to a bar which is open until 1:30 AM and people make a lot of noise. After the bar closes, people still hang around until 3:00-4:00 AM talking loadly, singing, shouting, roaring, etc. It was not possible to close the window because it would then become too warm (the air condition in the room was only for heating), and when opened the window, the noise from bar was absolutely disturbing."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too bad about the noise in the street at night (not something the hotel can help really), otherwise great place"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Lack of incorporated parking or direct access to the associated parking around the corner (separate company), whereby cars are actually parked in a large underground space precisely below the hotel, forcing forces the customer to walk the long and steep car ramp every time. Quite uncomfortable."

What did you like the most?: "Easy access from Porta Nuova and the Metropolitina. Good selection at breakfast."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Somewhat expensive for the size of the room. A little difficult to use the internet and printing was a major headache for the staff."
