- "The welcome evening in the piano bar, as I was sitting alone at a table having my canapes and drinks not one of the managers came to welcome me, they spent lengthy time with some guests. I have travelled all over the world and do not require 'individual attention' but it would have been appreciated as the invite stated 'meeting and welcoming'."
