What did you like the most?: "Great location, clean rooms."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "A bit dingy in the basement. Double rooms tiny, mattress uncomfortable and too small for me, so would not stay there again. A shame."

What did you like the most?: "The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The location is excellent as is only couple minutes walk from both tube lines. Room was clean, had everything I could need but a bit small as I read from previous customers' comments."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It could improve the lounge by placing some rugs and magazines. The place is pretty and impressive however lacked a bit of warmth."
