What did you like the most?: "Staff are professional and courteous. The Armani Restaurant dishes,
ambience and Khalid were simply wonderful. The resort is beautiful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I booked the place thinking there's a beach. The images on website was deceiving. The tiny beach was disappointing, the walk to the gazebo was very far, the bay was obstructed by too many bushes. The menu selection for room service was too small."

notch, one thing I dare to look at is the upkeep of the daily visuals.
The plants, walk areas, all were kept up in a timely and clean manner...
Upon checking in, the staff, amazing, very attentive and genuine on
asking if we were comfortable thus far, needed help with luggage, needed
directions, were curious and respectful as to if anything else was
needed, they were available ...all 3 days they were a 10+.... I reveled
in the fact that no matter what time of day, someone was always
available no matter what, the staff took the cake. As they are a part of
the staff, I think the true praise goes to the valet... Every time we
called for the car, it was timely, greeted with a hearty hello, door
open, someone waiting with a genuine "Need directions
anywhere?"...after a simple no, "we'll see you
later!" was uttered, absolutely welcoming, warm and wanting us to
return sincerity...They are the best thing this hotel has bar none."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The cleaning staff I believe needs a little more checking in on and over seeing. When checking into the room there were a few long hairs on the bathroom floor. No big deal until behind the small bathroom trash was seen. Lots of dust, toilet tissue debris behind it... The day we checked in, down the hall alongside a room, 3 glasses sat. For 3 days. When checking in they were there and checking out they were there. One had left over Orange Juice. If a superior of hotel cleaning had walked the floors they would have noticed. If I did, they couldn't have missed it. Again, 3 days it sat.. 2 of our pillows had dark black stains on them... Along with our tv, Air conditioner thermostat and television had collected much dust... Housekeeping did a great job on tidying the bed, the room, especially the bathroom, resupplying the bathroom/coffee amenities. But they need to take heed to the details that are most certainly seen... The small details are what scream the loudest. Everyone expects the bed to be made up, the amenities to be replenished. But after that, how much detail goes into making sure things are truly, perfect? This is the reason I have the "cleanliness" and "value for money" anything less then excellent."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "I thought the food was very pricey and the noise in the hallway when people came in late was very loud. When the doors shut it is Very Loud and would wake me up."

What did you like the most?: "I love the property it was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in the Casita King Room . It was a sweet surprise, loved the privacy and villa style room and the location on the Tampa Bay was beautiful. It was a nice escape from the normal everyday hotel."
