- "The tomate soup!!!!! The service (example Lucas in reception and Isabella at Concierge Desk) Also the bell boys"

- "The spa is very good, both the staff and the treatments are top notch.
Not cheap but definitely competitive.
Considering Hyatt has a wine club the wine card for room service is bit thin."

- "The beauty salon was unfortunately closed and the spa offer was limited. The location is not the most optimal to visit the center. (10 min taxi drive)"
