- "Although the staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to do anything for you, this hotel does not deserve the 5 star rating, most like a 4 star, or even a 3 star: The internet was not working in the room-although they tried to make it work-the breaksfast was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, and the furniture were still in the 1970 style.However, we have had a nice time and the staff were excellent and committed to help. But we do not think we will stay in this hotel again simply because it does not merity its 5 stars rating, as we are used to staying in proper 5 stars hotels around the world."

- "nothing of a 5 star hotel and was no room service after 11.30 pm. breakfast average"

- "I didn't have to think about parking the car. The room was big and clean. It was quite."

- "I didn' like the type of blanket on the bed and there was no wireless internet conection"

- "I changed my reservation at short notice on the day of arrival and even though, I stayed for a day instead of two, the hotel waived its penalty. I also left my wedding ring in the room when I checked out but it was promptly handed over to me when I went back to take my stuff after a day going round Palermo.Very friendly and courteous staff. I also commend booing.com for the prompt change in reservations."

- "The breakfast room is a bit depressing but breakfast was o.k. though nothing extraordinary."
