- "The room was very cramped, but we were getting a very good deal."

- "The hotel was in a good location in the centre of town. Cheap."

- "The hotel was cheap but the facilities were well below its 2 star rating. The room had a stale smell. The staff insisted in taking our room key whenever we went out but the keys were kept on an unstaffed reception. This represented a huge security concern to us as anyone could walk in and take the keys to our room. The staff claimed that the keys and reception were under constant CCTV survelience but on one occasion we waited 15 mins for anyone to meet us in reception. At check out when asked if we enjoyed our stay we gave an honest answer that we had a great time but that the hotel facilities were not quite what we expected from the photo online we were given a very rude response by the English man on reception. He suggested that we stay at a more expensive hotel next time as this was only a two star hotel. However, I do not believe that we are unreasonable in expecting a more secure environment and non smelly room for our two star requirements. I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel and would therefore only recommend to backpackers."

- "Poky bedroom and shower. No parking facilities for the hotel."

- "The location."

- "The carpet was very worn and dirty. The room was so small the bathroom door brushed the bed when it was opened. There was only one small, thin bar of soap, only two towels, bath size, no hand towels, no tissues. We had to put the luggage behind the entry door in order to walk around the bed unimpeded. In short, the room was very basic at best."
