What did you like the most?: "Fantastically located hotel, right at the heart of Siena. The hotel is also beautiful and seems well-maintained."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Few facilities: For a luxury hotel I would have expected to find at least some - like pool, gym, etc...? In light of that, found the room rate extraordinarily high - stupidly expensive breakfast not included, internet charged at an absurd rate, ?45 per night for parking, no facilities and a relatively inexciting and small room definitely do not justify the rate."
