- "Outstanding, helpful and courteous staff. Please note that we will use room w for 5 nights and leave on 30 August and room 2 for ony 4 nights, checking out of that room on 29 August."

- "This is a beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My wife had an accident on our first day. They sorted out the trip to the hospital, the hire of a wheelchair and then the purchase of a wheelchair for us. Without all this help our holiday would have been a disaster. The restaurant staff were excellent were superb nothing was too much trouble. We would give this hotel top marks."

- "The only downside was there was no wheelchair access which made it very difficult for my wife after her accident which was very embarrassing for her having to crawl up the front steps. She did not let this spoil her holiday and the staff were so kind."
