Is there anything you didn't like?: "It needs decorating badly. No towels had to pay £1 for each towel needed. No complimentary soap . tables not laid at breakfast ."

What did you like the most?: "Location and games room with wifi (though I heard them talking about getting rid of the games room to make another family room."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too much. Outdated, so many things were broken or missing, such as the bed, shower, toilet roll holder, juice container at breakfast, towels there was a £1 charge which was not mentioned before or when we checked in. Breakfast I asked in advance if anything would be catered for me as a vegetarian, all I could have was bread and beans, bread and jam. Nothing was done about this. Service was friendly but not helpful. We were given a small family room when we asked for a double, looked nothing like the photos. Under the beds was lots of rubbish such as a glass bottle and tissues. We stayed for two nights and there didn't even make up the bed the second day, let alone clean up the mess we didn't make. Took us ages to find our room at first, a but of a maze. Lastly, this disco which was supposed to be a Friday night thing was pumping out crap music on monday and Tuesday night till about 10.30pm ish, not ideal for kids or somebody who actually wants to sleep! Service did not answer for my complaints or anyone else's. Thinks that's it *breathe*."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The pictures on the website are nothing like in the hotel. I travelled with my husband my 3year old son my 1 year old daughter and my 9 week old baby. When we got there the place smelt disguting i asked for a travel cot for my baby i had to pay an extra 10 pound and it was falling apart covered in dirt it was just completely awful. This hotel website does not state that you have to pay for extras i.e towels 1pound each room cleaning 20pound an iron 4pound it goes on. The room was also digusting i slept in the double bed which was pushed up against a radiator the sheets were black not washed...! Windows covered in mould dirt toilets were still covered in poo i am realy disgusted with this hotel. I had to go and pay money for an apartment because i could not stay here with my kids. The place is a real waste of money."
