Is there anything you didn't like?: "I dont think its suited for elderly people who would have trouble with the stairs. Also my room had additional stairs in the room up to the bed which was a little dangerous as there was not good proper lighting in the room or the bathroom just a series of lamps which made the room rather dark. I think my shower was broken as I couldn't move the shower head up or down to suit my height without it coming off in my hand. I also think the booking in form should fully explain that you're only being charged for a room and most people are thinking they're booking bed and breakfast. Only found this out when paying for my bill and had to pay for breakfast as extra. Also we wanted to make use of the spa facilities and went along at about 5 pm only to find that we only had a short dip in the jacuzzi as the assistant was going to empty it for cleaning so we couldn't use it again! We understood the spa was open until fairly late. On Saturday morning when coming down for breakfast and checking out we were competing with the housekeeping staff with piles of towels, hoovers and cleaning materials. This should be a behind the scenes process and undertaken after checking out times. Made you feel you were in their way of doing their job. When checking in on Friday afternoon only saw one member of staff which was the receptionist. There was no staff to say where there was a lounge or bar or dining area if we wanted to relax in. We therefore stayed on our room and ate out."
