- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We weren't aware that ther was no housekeeping (except for a charge) during our stay. As we were here for 10 days, it would have been nice to have a quick vacuum and bathroom cleaned."

- "The style of the facility and the decorations related to the University."

- "The remote controls did not work, we believe they needed batteries after 10 minutes of a staff member fumbling around with them to try to get the TV's to work in the living room and one bedroom. We were on our way out to tour the university otherwise we would have let the staff finish fixing the remote controls but we think this is something that should have been addressed ahead of our checking in especially considering the lengthy sign in list of questions and acknowledgments about being responsible if anything is broken. We understand the usual renters of these rooms are there for football games or other events that can get out of hand. Also my daughter mistakenly left a scarf in the room, I was thrilled when a staff member called to inform me they found it and would place it in the mail to our home address as this was an item made for my daughter when she was ill with cancer by a close friend of hers. Then I was told I would have to pay for the shipping charges which I was ok with since it was our mistake to have left the item but then I was told there would be a $15 dollar handling charge which I also agreed to pay since this was an item we would not want to do without. The sad part is after being so happy they were nice enough to call and being ready to be amazed with service - I was let back down by having to pay for a service to stick a scarf in an envelope and mail it us...There really is no customer service anymore! Sad."

- "Unable to control the heat/air conditioning in the unit. Could not change from air conditioning to heat - automatically switched back to air conditioning."
