What did you like the most?: "It's location - close to two big rail stations (Russell Square & King's
Cross), close to a variety of restaurants, shops, popular tourist spots
like the British Museum, etc.
There is a desktop computer terminal with free wi-fi for hotel guests and if you need to print out your plane check-in slip they will do so for you.
The staff were quite helpful and you could leave your baggage for temparary storage after checking-out.
Tea / coffee, water boiling kettle, radio and TV are available."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Appropriately three units share one toilet / bathroom. The sprinkler head in the bathroom I used was not working well - the water flow was very weak and virtually cold, yet if you choose to use the bathtub the tap was ok. The staircases are steep and there is no elevator. One of the window latches in my room was broken so if you opened the window it would be left wide open and bang back when the wind was blowing your way."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly and polite staff who answered any queries. English breakfast
for 4 pounds. Plentiful supply of toiletries - shampoo and body wash etc
in room and in shared bathroom. Clean towels on a daily basis. Room was
kept nice and clean. Well presented reception with plenty of local
information to the uninformed traveler."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Hotel looks as though it is in real need of some renovations and a bit of smartening up once you get beyond the dining room and reception. That said it appears to be a popular location so logistically I'm not sure how that would work. The bathroom towel radiator was hanging of the wall and the trunking for the wiring in the shared bathroom was not secured to the wall. The plaster on the walls in the corridors had been chased and badly filled and then painted over. With a bit more time and effort this hotel could easily be more comfortable on the eye."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "shared bathroom /incidentally I have missed that information booking my room/, breakfast starting at 8:00 which is slightly too late"
