- "My room was not ready for occupancy. No working phone, tv, or ac. Third floor location was very susceptible to city street noise."

- "The hotel is not far from a main road (avenida de Portugal in santiago). they should probably change the windows as the noise due to the traffic was quite loud. Breakfast could be better but not bad."
