- "The best, and only good thing about this hotel, which is actually a
hostel, is its location. Everything costs more in South Beach so you pay
a premium to be there, but way too much given what you get. Personally,
next time, I would take a hotel which is not in South Beach and
travel/walk there as needed." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hostel is advertised as a hotel and certainly is more of a back- packers location. It is too expensive for what it is given what you'd get for the same price in other cities in the world. You share a bathroom and toilet with another 20 or so rooms and if you are at the end of the corridor (like me, #h3) you have to make lots of trips to see if it is occupied or not. My room was meant to be a double room but it was a bunk bed (double below) and the mattress was old and uneven. The room smelt and was very old, although I saw other rooms and they looked less dark and old than mine. There is no where to hang any clothes and no basin in the room. There is a tv but I didn't even turn it on as I would not be able to see it from the bed given the bunk system. The aircon is loud and cannot be varied. There is a breakfast, but it is coffee, dry cake and cheap, cordial orange juice, so don't expect anything there."

- "The location it self is great, it is closed to the beach area which only few blocks away and also for the shops."

- "The room is dirty when I arrive, and the worst thing is no one is like welcoming in that hotel, you will feel like its a ghost hotel, and having two luggage with me using the stairs without no one helping or assisting you is totally a big minus point for this hotel, and having a suites room on top of the hotel but the bad thing is no internet coverage anymore because its the highest room, probably if I'm coming back to South Beach, I will choose other hotel instead, sorry for that!!!"

But if you look for a budget hotel for sleeping, showering, and a little TV before you fall a sleep while exploring Miami, you can not find a better location!
The Staff was very helpful and kind from reception, cleaning, breakfast and so on.
The Breakfast that gets a share of bad rewiews is pastrey yes ( which they tell u when u check in) but it´s so much better then in many places. The pastery is bought in a bakery and it´s freshly baked pastery every morning.
The cleaning wasen´t spotless, but there were no unwanted suprprises like bugs or animals. The Linen were fresh, the bathroom fairly clean.
The room was good, matresses a bit old but I have seen much worse. TV worked perfectly, AC to.
Hot and cold water worked perfectly in the shower.
I also recommend Mario in the Geneva hotel that sells tours to Everglades amongst many others. Nice, helpful and gives great value for your money,"

- "It had everything you need. TV, fridge and a bed. Also a pretty big shower and restroom. Looks terrible but reasonably clean."

- "It looks like a prison. No pictures or even posters on the walls. Pale yello colour and VERY small...!! Terrible bed but what can you ecpect with a great location and a low price. Stayed one night only."
