- "Convenient location, just 3-5 minutes walk from Gloucester Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Equipped with microwave, fridge, electric stove, kettle, etc which allow you to do cooking if you like."

- "The location was great. Very near an underground stop and accessible to

- "Myself, my husband, a teenage daughter and a teenage son were travelling together. The apartment says it sleeps four adults but we found the pull out couch in the living room two small for two adults. I asked for an extra bed, a cot, which was provided free of charge. Initially I was asked to pay 25 pounds a night for the extra bed but refused and said my son would sleep on the floor. I did not feel the apartment could comfortably sleep 4 adult sized people. Two children and two adults but not four adults. Other than that, our stay was problem free."

- "The location was excellent for either walking, tube or bus. Next to museums that we visited and not far to walk to knightsbridge.
The room we stayed in was well laid out even though the bedroom was a little on the small side
Living area was clean and spacious. A small kitchenette was a plus for preparing meals
Desk staff were very friendly and provided complimentary luggage storage while our room was being prepared and on last day before we left" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Room cleaning a little bit hit and miss. Had to get fresh towels my self on Sunday and only given one set of toiletries for a 4 night stay. With a family of 4 went on first day. Sound proofing of windows not very good so advise ear plugs and blinds do not close fully so got light by 5.30. Recommend a second settee for a family of 4 A second TV in the bedroom would have been advantageous"
