Is there anything you didn't like?: "pots and pans in the kitchen are worn out and need replacement with new ones."

What did you like the most?: "The apartments are located in a quiet area, but a comfortable 30 min walk to the Royal Mile, or take the #34 or #35 bus which both leave from just around the corner. There are several supermarkets, and many cafes and restaurants less than 10 minute's walk away. The whole apartment was quiet, clean, spacious, very modern and well fitted out, with a well equipped kitchen with washing machine (and a very efficient drying area in the cupboard with the HWS). Staff were courteous, professional and very helpful - they rang us when the room was ready as we had arrived early. WiFi was fast and reliable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only slight drawback was that the shower area in the bath was a bit cramped."
