- "Only the beach."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "During the first night the front desk telephoned our room at 1:50 am and demanded we come down to the front desk because they over charged our visa 10 times the correct amount. Scared the hell out of us since we we have daughter going to have a baby anytime. They could not credit my visa correctly for 3 days after standing at the front desk. When they phoned I said why can this not be done tomorrow morning and they said no. Also the room smelled of mold and mildew."

- "the worst buffet and drinks , and i was intoxicated"

- "The location was excellent, right on the beach and in the center of Ixtapa."

- "Unfortunately the Hacienda restaurant (a la carte) was't open at the time we stayed at the hotel but certainly nothing to complain about."

- "I liked the attention, cause first when i arrived they gave me a room where the a/c was not working ok! but they immediately changed me the room without any problem!"
