- "We didn't like being sent to a room with one bed when we reserved a "junior suite" with 2 queen beds. Then I had to go downstairs to the office and tell the clerk. We were moved to the room next door which was a junior suite. The we discovered there was cool air coming out of the vent instead of heat. I had to go downstairs to the office again. The clerk came and checked the thermostat and couldn't adjust it. We had to move again. This time though we were moved to a Superior suite for no extra charge. We didn't like that there was no "kitchenware" as the ad on Bookit.com said there would be. That is false advertising. There was nothing in the kitchen to cook with, eat with or on,or drink out of, There was a coffee pot but no coffee or filters. We didn't like the torn bed spread or torn curtain."

- "Even at $40 a night, this was over priced."

- "Bed was basically box springs, so I got to sleep on springs. The room reeked of old smoke, possibly because the carpet was at least 10 yrs old. The TV only had basic cable. I try to watch sports when I travel; not here. The was no clock in the room and no wake up service so I got to worry about getting up in the AM, Room has a kitchenette, but no utensils. Refrigerator freezer got frozen, but no cold air for the fridge part. The door to the room had no weatherstripping so the cold air just whistled right in. Given all that, and the peeling exterior paint, I doubt if this motel will survive another 5 years."
