- "First, we were never informed that Tuesday ist ein"ruhigtag" and that no one would be at the desk when we arrive, Second the message was only in German that they were closed on Tuesday-need English as well Third I had to quess whether keys for Walter were for me my name is Scott, at breakfast there was no name place for Walter just Walker and"
