- "Loved the pool area and the rooms were beautifully decorated.... And the
wait staff was amazing (Raphael...you literally are the best!)" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "At one point we were offered complimentary breakfast due to it being our first stay. After 40 minutes of sitting through "breakfast" we realized it was a sales pitch. We politely declined and then they informed us that we would be charged for breakfast if we didn't sit through a 90-minute presentation....we chose to be charged. It hindered us from relaxing because we always felt like we were being "sold" something....We left the hotel early for an all- inclusive and it was perfect"

- "The location and room were good, clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the ocean on a nice private balcony.
We booked tours through the hotel and the agent handling booking was excellent." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When we checked in we were handed off to a concierge who sat us down to what we thought would be an introduction to hotel services, in stead he signed us up for a Time share meeting the following morning. I think our hotel should be our sanctuary from sales people. Food was very mediocre. as was the presentation."

- "Booking.com com quoted a price of ~$500us for two nights & two roo.ms. The hotel charged ~$660 for two nights and two rooms. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known the true price."
