- What did you like the most?
- "I liked that is was in a great location. 1 block from the Paseo de Borbo
strip had lots of restaurants and fun day and night life. Close to the
beach within walking distance. Love the "hop on hop off" bus
tour - was able to see all the major sights of the city. The history and
architecture of the city was nice and the Sagrada Familia was a sight to
see!!. The Rambla area is a bit expensive but great to walk around and
enjoy the day...Loved Barcelona !!! City full of life !!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Didnot like the apt we stayed in...no elevator!!! Had to walk up 60 flights of stairs to the apt ( yes we counted them) which is supposedly the 2nd floor and equivalent to a 4th floor in the us. The stairs are not safe as they are crumbling. The space was too small for 3 people. The sofa bed could not open all the way as it collided with the bed. I had to sleep with my mom on a twin bed while my dad slept on the other bed. The kitchen had very limited cooking utilities and the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower was too small. Every time you took a shower you elbows kept shutting off the water. The Shower Stall kept over flowing as well when you took a shower. My parents were with me and they are both seniors and walking up and down those stairs every day was too much. If I had known that this facility did not have an elevator prior to booking I would have not spent the $ on renting it. My father is 71 years old and he had to carry our 3 big luggages up those stairs. Not enough towels we statyed in this apt for 5 nights and had to keep using the same towel. If we wanted extra towels we had to pay extra for it. Another thing - since when do you pay to eat bread at a restaurant - in Barcelona it is not complimentary with your meal and to make matters worse they charged for the butter as well. Prior to flying out to Barcelona I had booking.com contact the office feel good apts to verify if there was an elavator and your agent was told no elavator but the apt was on the second floor. It was too late for me to cancel my reservation w/out penalties. What I do suggest is that elevator info should be included in the amenities section as to whether or not a facility has one or not. This would allow for the consumer to make their decisions according to their needs. The apt looked better in pics. Very unhappy with the apt but loved Barcelona...."

- "Rooms are only cleaned once a week. The location of the flat is a bit difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the area in the beginning."

- "We came to this apartment after 3 Barcelona hotels. We were in shock. Very small shower, dirty. And to pick up bags on the 2nd floor this is not real! We rented a room for three, but more or less normally slept only two. All the furniture is falling apart. Oh, and on arrival you will be charged ? 150 bail. Keep in mind that in spite of the silence and your good behavior, you do not return the 150 euro! We are Russian, but have not seen such horror."
