What did you like the most?: "the breakfast was excellent! the staff, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet was very helpful and kind, even though we had three children with us. also the rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. All in all, a very positive experience"

What did you like the most?: "The breakfast is great. The washing machine is free of charge. The location is excellent. The room space is more than expected."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I have a baby with stroller. Unfortunately no ramp for it!! I have to carry it up the stairs to the 1st floor or downstairs to the reception area. That was really tedious. Also, the doors are not opening automatically and also needs a key not a magnetic card which makes the life very difficult each time we need to go In and Out of the hotel. The kitchen tools are useless and in a bad condition. The stuff are very neutral. No help, no smile, no offering for help. I'm not saying that they were offensive. They respected me but didn't feel that they are welcoming me. The left is very very small. One person with small stroller can use the left at a time. Finally, the star rating for this hotel says that it is 4 starts and this is very misleading"
