- "The hotel front desk staff did not conduct buisness in a professional matter.the television had no service and when I told the manager at the front desk she told me it was not her fault.the room was not properly cleaned,I ran out to Kmart for cleaning agents to scrub the bathtub.the manager only looked to make excuses oppose to rectify the issues at hand.I would not recommend to any of my friends or family to stay in the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dover."

- "We had room 208 which was near the elevator and above the pool. Since it was New Years Eve, the elevators were in use all night. And in the morning kids in the pool made quite the racket. It sounded like an echo chamber in our room."
