- "- Time to get the car (I tried to call before go down. And the reception took a long time to ask the driver to bring my car. About 20 min later) - Cleanning rooms (The housekeeper only arranged everything. Without cleaning)."

- "Was durty, we found a cockroach in one of the bedroons, than in cople of days, this same room was awash, and they had to change. Besides that, everything we order in the room, was like 1 hour delayded, many days we ask for the servive, because they didnīt clean it up. The breakefast space was small, and they serve the 2 units of the hotel, was a mess!!!!! So, I will never come back at the hotel, neither my family, we were in 3 rooms, and didnīt like at all!!!"

- "Totally overpriced, possibly due to carnaval time. Most staff speak no English, they hang up on you when you call them. It took ages to get the wireless conncection to work."
