- "Excellent value for money and wonderful; friendly staff. It snowed during the night and the Duty Manager (I think that was him) went out of his way to help all the guests by looking at road and travel reports for us, providing equipmrent to clear snow off cars etc. He really wrent the extra mile to ensure that we were not too inconvenienced by the weather conditions. This was something I have not experiencerd before in a hotel from a chain this size. It was a surprisingly good experience. All the sdtaff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast, although buffet style was sufficient for our needs considerring the price I paid for the room."
